Sizing

All apparels on our site are International/Euro/UK sizing unless stated (size charts are available for most brands). For boots/footwear sizes, size charts are available on our site as well. Feel free to email us at enquiries@weston.com.sg if you have an questions related to sizing.

Payment Methods

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of 7% Goods and Services tax.

We accept payment by Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, AMEX and PayPal on our online site. Payment can be done via PayPal via your Credit Card.

Product Availability

While we do our utmost best to keep our website updated, our merchandise can go out of stock any time. We will notify you as soon as possible if we are unable to fulfil your order immediately or not at all. We will then get your advice on what you what you would like us to do with your order that is out-of-stock. Please note that we will not ship out the items until all your items in the order are ready for delivery. We will not send out partial deliveries.

Returns and Exchanges (Custom Item Details) 

Unfortunately, Weston does not practice a refund policy. However, you are entitled to a one to one exchange (only for non-sale/items not on flash sale) if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please ensure that the merchandise is in the same condition as it was received. All tags and product labels must not be removed, and the original packaging must be present. 

Overseas customers will have to pay the return shipping charges and back to them if they want to change the size. We will only cover the return shipping charge if the item is found to be defective.

We will bear all cost if any merchandise is sent wrongly. We will pick up the wrong product, (which must be in the same condition as when received) and send the correct one at our own cost. If an item cannot be fulfilled, we will provide credit or a full refund on your purchase.

Customized player/personalized shirts or items that have been printed/embroidered on cannot be exchanged or refunded. This includes badges/name/number/special sponsor printing. Squad numbers are correct at the time of publishing; Weston holds no responsibility for subsequent changes to squad numbers or if a player is transferred. Customization on boots will be done according to the color and area we deem best for the boot ordered, unless specified by you. All items on sale/flash sale cannot be exchanged regardless. Also, once any item has been used, it cannot be returned. The term "defective" does not cover any wear and tear no matter how short a time span.

We must be notified of any returns, 5 days from the receipt of the merchandise and they must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
