Delivery & Shipping

Weston uses Rapido as our local delivery service provider and DHL as our international service provider. Do note that delivery charges are based on the weight of the items and destination rate. If we encounter any problems with your order such as credit card data or where an item is sold out, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone and your order will be delayed until we receive your response. Products that requires customization such as name, number and badges may take a few more days to be dispatched.

Delivery Charges

Local Delivery

All orders above SGD $50 is entitled to free delivery. Orders below SGD $50 will be charged SGD $5 for delivery. All local deliveries arrive at your destination within 6 to 8 working days.

During peak periods, E.g. Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Seasonal Launches, deliveries may take up to 6 to 8 days to arrive at your destination.

International Delivery

Shipping cost will be calculated once you have selected your destination by using the shipping calculator which can be found at our shopping cart page. As we process your shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email. For international delivery, it typically takes 6 to 8 days to reach most destination after the order leaves our warehouse. Customs

Please note that the merchandise and shipping cost does not include any tax or duties levied by your customs once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office to find out more. We will not refund any shipping charges if your orders cannot be cleared and are returned to us by the customs. We will not bear any additional costs incurred related to the return of that package. If the item is a gift, please indicate it in the special instructions field in the order form that the order is a gift. All items are described on the customs clearance consignment note according to product types for example "soccer jersey" or "soccer boots". If it is a gift, it will be marked "Gift," on the package but the cost of the items is still stated on the form.
